I am the newest member of the Jensen family. I am a
Danish/Swedish Farm Dog. That's the truth it's not a breed
name my new mom made up. Just in case you still don't believe
there is such a breed here is a link to information about us.

DSFDs really are quite amazing little dogs. We are a rare
breed. At this time there are less than 100 of us in the
United States. I was born on September 2, 2006. I was
the last born and the smallest of my litter of three girls and two
boys.
My name
as recorded with the American Rare Breed Association is Pacific
Rim's Barbary Bart. My folks
call me Lego. Besides being a great toy, Lego is a
combination of two Danish words (Leg Godt) meaning "play well."
My mom
first saw DSFDs at a flyball tournament. She thought they were
a mixed breed, possibly a Jack Russell/Beagle cross. She
couldn't have been more wrong. DSFDs are descendent from Danish
Pinchers. She was so impressed with my breed that she came
home, did some research and put in an application for a pup.
In September, she received a surprise email with pictures of my
litter. She immediately contacted my breeder and started the
process of my adoption.
I
came home to my forever family
on Saturday, November 25, 2006. I have been non-stop fun
from the minute of my arrival. I may be the littlest but that
doesn't stop me. I'm as smart as a whip, very outgoing, very
confident, and a whole ton of sweet in one tiny package.
